• Accommodation for Plenary and Invited speakers will be arranged by the organizers.
  
  
• Contributory delegates must make their own arrangements for accommodation. Some limited accommodation will be available in the hostels in the campus for men and women which will be allotted to the registered delegates on first come-first served basis. Details for this are given below.

Accommodation in hostel (NITPy Campus) and hotels (outside the campus) for Contributory Delegates

Contributory participants must arrange their accommodation themselves in hostels or in hotels. Please see the details as below in this regard.

ACCOMMODATION IN HOSTELS: Limited accommodation is available for the delegates as below, which can be booked in advance by paying the full charges and will be allotted on first come-first served basis.

A: For the students in the hostels: Separately for males and females.

Charges: Hostel charges are as below:

• Non-a/c rooms: Rs 175 per day per person (includes bed, mattress and pillow)
• A/C rooms: Rs 275 per day per person (includes bed, mattress and pillow)

Important Notes:

• 1. All rooms will be on sharing basis. Charges shown are per person per day.
• 2. Accommodation charges do not include dining charges.
• 3. Mess facility for breakfast, lunch and dinner is available in the hostels on payment basis.
• 4. Check-in/out: 24 h.

B: For the faculties/families in the guest rooms in the hostels: A few rooms are available in the guest rooms in the hostels, which can be booked in advance by the faculties and families.

How to book? To book the accommodation, delegate must first check the availability by sending a mail to sandeep.singh@nitpy.ac.in, hosteloffice@nitpy.ac.in (Contact Dr Sandeep Singh +91-977-812-4421 for queries).
